Plans and pricing
ClaudeLab does not run on a subscription. There is no Free tier, no Pro tier, no Teams tier — there is one model, and it is the credit pack. You buy credits, you spend them on AI actions, and unspent credits stay on your account until you use them or ask for a refund.
One product, one model
Every account works the same way:
- Sign up is free. Creating an account does not require a card.
- The diagnostic evaluation and your first generated roadmap are free — that is how I prove the product before you spend anything.
- New accounts receive a starter credit grant so you can run a first session without paying.
- Beyond that, every AI action consumes credits. When you run out, I tell you, and you can top up from Profile → Billing in two taps.
Credit packs
Six pack sizes are sold. Prices in USD; tax is added at checkout where applicable. Larger packs cost less per credit.

The 1,000-credit pack is flagged as recommended on the public pricing page — it is sized for a full roadmap chunk for most users. The 2,500 and 6,000 packs are sized for users who lean on voice mode (3 credits per spoken turn).
Prices and pack sizes shown above mirror the public pricing page on claudelab.me/pricing. That page is the source of truth — if a number on this docs page ever drifts from it, the pricing page wins.
What credits buy
Most actions cost 1 to 5 credits. A flat list of every paid action and its cost lives in Credits and pricing.
No subscriptions
This is worth repeating because it changes how the product behaves:
- Nothing auto-renews.
- You will never see a recurring charge from ClaudeLab.
- You buy credits when you need them, not on a schedule.
- Credits never expire.
Refunds
Unused credits are refundable for 12 months from the transaction date, prorated by remaining balance. Consumers in the EU, UK, and other cooling-off jurisdictions get a full 14-day refund window on each purchase. See Refund policy for the full text.
Pass-guarantee refund
There is a separate refund route tied to the roadmap itself: if you complete the full 
ARIA roadmap, hit all five readiness conditions, sit the exam, and do not pass, you are eligible for a refund of the credits you spent on that certification. See Pass-guarantee refund.
Payment processing
Paddle.com is the merchant of record. Paddle processes the card, remits tax, and issues refund payouts. ClaudeLab never sees or stores your card details.
