How do I change my prep language?
Go to Profile → Study preferences → Preparation language and pick a new one. The change applies only to future sessions — past content stays in the language it was generated in. See Study preferences and Select prep language.
Can I switch certifications?
Yes. ClaudeLab supports multiple active certifications, and you can switch between them with the active-cert switcher. Each certification has its own roadmap, readiness score, and public profile toggle. See Managing multiple certs.
What is the streak rule?
Your streak counts only roadmap-task completions, not free-play sessions. A streak breaks at midnight in your local timezone if you did not complete that day's roadmap task. Non-study days you have excluded under Study days do not break the streak. See Streaks.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. They are bought in one-time packs and stay in your account until you spend them. See Credits and pricing.
Is voice mode available on iOS?
Voice mode is officially supported on Chrome and Edge desktop. On mobile, support depends on browser and OS version. The chat-only mode is always available regardless of platform. The native iOS app, when published, will support voice end-to-end. See Voice mode issues.
How do I cancel my account?
Go to Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete account, type delete, and confirm. There is a 7-day grace period — sign back in inside that window to cancel. After 7 days, deletion is irreversible. See Data and privacy.
Why did my readiness drop?
Readiness decays at 3 points per day after a one-day study gap. It recovers when you complete roadmap work. See My readiness score dropped.
Why did my milestone not advance?
Free-play sessions do not move milestones — only roadmap tasks do. See Free-play not counting and Two lanes.
Can I get a refund?
If you qualify for the pass guarantee, yes. See Pass-guarantee refund. For credit-pack refunds, see Refunds.
How do I export my data?
Profile → Data & Privacy → Request data export. I email you a download link within a few days. See Data and privacy.
