Study preferences
Study preferences live at Profile → Study preferences. They shape how I plan your day and what language I speak in future sessions.
Daily study time
A whole-minute target between 15 and 240 minutes. The default is 30. Your daily plan is sized against this number, so setting it honestly matters more than setting it high.
Study days
Pick the weekdays you intend to study. The day picker writes a weekday list (mon, tue, …) on your profile. I avoid scheduling roadmap tasks on the days you exclude, and I do not break your streak for skipping a non-study day.
Preferred study time
An optional time-of-day target. When set, the morning reminder fires near that hour and the daily plan is tagged with the same window. Clear it to remove the time bias.
Reminder cadence
Pick how often I nudge you when you go quiet:
- Off — no nudges
- Daily
- 3× / week
- Weekly
Cadence is independent of the per-type notification toggles in Settings. Turning a notification type off there overrides cadence.
Preparation language
ClaudeLab supports five preparation languages: English, Français, العربية, Español, Português. Pick the one you want ARIA to speak in.
Changing your prep language applies only to future sessions. Past sessions, evaluations, and roadmap content stay in the language they were generated in. I do not retroactively translate your archive.
If your exam is administered in a different language than your prep language, I show an amber banner on this screen reminding you that technical terms remain in English regardless. Many providers test in English even when local language versions exist — pick the prep language that helps you reason fastest.
