CAPM exam prep, adaptive plan with ARIA
The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is PMI's entry-level project management cert. 150 questions, 180 minutes, no work-experience requirement, passing bar around sixty-one percent of weighted points. Treating CAPM as PMP-lite. It is not. CAPM tests recognition of frameworks; PMP tests situational judgement. CAPM stems are cleaner, distractors are more obvious. Studying PMP material for CAPM wastes weeks.
Skipping Business Analysis. Twenty-seven percent weight, often skipped because the chapter feels dry. The points are easy if you read it.
Confusing predictive and agile vocab. CAPM stems sometimes mix terms from both methods inside one question. The backlog tracks vocab confusion separately from concept gaps so the right driver is corrected.
CAPM to PMP path
